I’m still waiting to go into hospital. It was the surgeon who said it was a 4-5 month wait which would have been perfect cause I would have been in at the end of last year and been able to get back to work near the start of this year.
Finally got a date and I was supposed to be going in on the 22nd January. That has now gone back again to the end of February.
I’m waiting for a hip replacement so I can’t even do any work while I’m waiting to go in cause the pain has got too bad now. Was crawling around the floor trying to get bikes done last year but ended up having to cancel jobs and come home cause I couldn’t take it anymore and was barely sleeping on the night.
It could be May now or even a bit later that I’m able to get back to work but until I’ve actually been in hospital I can’t say when for sure.
